MUH is currently looking for an experienced Nurse Unit Manager for our Coronary Care Unit to manage the day-to-day activities of the Unit. This will include the allocation of staff according to demands and ensuring that a quality, evidence based practice and cost effective service is delivered within a safe patient and team environment.

As the successful candidate you will be eager to work within a digital hospital with an Electronic Patient Medical Record.

As the successful candidate you will possess:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
• Tertiary qualifications in Critical Care Nursing
• Experience nursing all Cardiac patient groups – angiographic, medical, surgical
• Previous Nursing Management experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Commitment to ensuring a quality environment in the areas of workflow, patient care and risk management
